Bark2Play

Bark2Play is the app for dog owners who like to play together. See on the map when your buddies are out with their dogs, join them right away, or plan a playdate in the park for later. HOW IT WORKS • Create a profile for your dog: name, breed, photos and a few words about their personality. On the map and in notifications, the dog comes first. • Connect with buddies: when you meet at the park, your buddy scans the QR code on your phone. A link in a message works too. No phone numbers to swap. • Head outside: start playtime when you go out with your dog, or plan it for later. Your buddies get a notification and can see where you are. WHAT YOU SEE ON THE MAP • A buddy is out: one of your buddies is playing with their dog right now, and you see how much longer they're staying. • Public playtime nearby: someone who isn't your buddy has opened their playtime to everyone. You only see it when you're close. • Planned playdate: the place and time are on the pin. Tap "I'm coming" and the owner will know to wait for you. • Hazard warning: poison bait, broken glass, an aggressive dog or ticks, reported by someone nearby. The name of whoever reported it is never shown. • Lost and found dogs: report a lost dog and owners nearby get a notification. Found a dog? Report it with a photo from the camera. MESSAGES AND PHOTOS • Chat with everyone who is coming to a planned playdate. • Share playtime photos and tag your buddies' dogs. PRIVACY • Your phone number and email stay with you. Other users see your dogs and the name on your profile. • Your location is only visible during playtime you started, and only to the people you pick. When playtime runs out, sharing stops on its own. • Inside the private zone around your home, your position is never shared or stored. • We strip the place and phone details from every photo you upload. • Delete your account yourself in the settings, together with your dogs, photos and playtime history. Sign in with your Google account. Bark2Play is for users 16 and older.
