Ultimate Guard

Ultimate Guard is the all-in-one workforce platform built for professional security operations. From a single mobile app, guards manage their entire working day — and operations managers run their teams in real time. For Security Guards • View today's shift and upcoming rota, and pick up extra jobs in one tap • Accept or decline shift invitations from your operations team • Clock in to start a shift, then clock out with selfie verification, GPS location matching and timestamp checks • Submit expenses (food, parking, congestion, mileage) with receipt photos • File incident reports with photo evidence and severity tagging • Log patrol activity and respond to welfare prompts while on duty • Upload SIA licences, ID and certifications for admin review • Request annual leave and track approval status • Read priority announcements from operations in the app For Operations & Admins • Create and publish jobs to all guards or selected teams • Review and approve timesheets with built-in clock-out proof • Rate guards and capture internal notes • Generate VAT-compliant invoices in seconds (20% VAT, XLSX export) • Monitor revenue, incidents and staff performance from one dashboard • Broadcast priority announcements to the whole workforce Built for the realities of security work Selfie and GPS verification at clock-out gives hard proof of presence: every shift records the distance between the guard and the job site, and whether the clock-out fell inside the shift window. Strict role-based access keeps guard and admin data isolated. Privacy and security Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app. We never sell user data. This app is intended for use by employees of contracted security firms.
