Some days are heavy. Bad Days gives them a place to land. Bad Days is a private journaling app built for the moments that don't belong on social media. The bad days, the heavy hours, the thoughts you need to put somewhere real. WRITE WITHOUT JUDGMENT Pour out your thoughts in a clean, distraction-free journal. No algorithms. No timelines. Your entries are yours alone, synced securely to your personal account. VOICE NOTES Not in the mood to type? Record a voice note and let your words come out the way they feel. Save and replay your thoughts whenever you need them. MOOD TRACKING Log how you're feeling each day on a simple scale. Your diary calendar becomes a map of your emotional patterns over time, helping you notice what's shifting without any pressure. DAILY REFLECTION REMINDERS A gentle nudge each day to check in with yourself. If you haven't written yet, Bad Days will remind you at the right time. SELF-SOOTHING TOOLS When things feel overwhelming, grounding exercises are right there. Breathing rituals, focus techniques, and calming tools designed for heavy moments. PRIVATE AND SECURE Your data is stored securely under your account. No data is sold to third parties. You can delete your account and all your entries at any time, instantly.
