UbaPesa is a digital lending platform that provides eligible customers with personal loans through a simple and convenient mobile experience. Getting Started: 1. Download the UbaPesa app. 2. Register using your M-Pesa-registered mobile number. 3. Complete the required identification and credit assessment process. 4. If eligible and approved, receive your loan through M-Pesa. Loan approval and the amount offered are subject to UbaPesa's eligibility and credit assessment criteria. Key Financial Terms & Disclosures: - Minimum Repayment Period: 61 days - Maximum Repayment Period: 90 days - Minimum Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 100% - Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 112.65% Fees and Interest: - Access Fee: 10% of approved loan amount (deducted upfront at disbursement). - Interest Rate: 15%. - Post-60 Days Interest: 0% (No additional interest after 60 days). - Late Repayment Fee: One-time 10% penalty on the applicable outstanding balance charged on day 65. - Post-90 Days Fees: 0% (No additional fees charged after day 90).
