Tymo: App Blocker

Tymo — Block Apps & Earn Your Time Back Spending hours you didn't mean to on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or endless scrolling? Tymo is an app blocker and screen time tracker that helps you take back control — without feeling like your phone is fighting you. Most blockers just lock you out. Tymo is different: you earn your focus time back. Stay on track, build streaks, and watch the hours you reclaim add up. It's screen time control that works with you, not against you. Block Apps & Websites Block distracting apps and sites with a single tap. Create custom block lists for social media, games, news, or anything that pulls you off track. Limit Screen Time Set daily time limits per app. When you hit your limit, Tymo steps in — so you decide how your day goes, not the algorithm. Focus Sessions Start a focus session when you need to get things done. Use it as a Pomodoro timer for work, study, or deep focus. Distractions stay blocked until you're finished. Schedules & Routines Set automatic blocking for work hours, study time, or bedtime. Set it once and let it run. Screen Time Insights See where your time goes with clear, positive insights. Tymo focuses on the time you've reclaimed, not just the time you've lost. Track streaks and stay motivated. Why Tymo? - Clean, simple, and fast — set up in under a minute - Designed to reduce screen time without making you feel punished - Earn your time back instead of just getting locked out - Built for real habits, not guilt Whether you're trying to study without distractions, stay productive at work, cut down on doomscrolling, do a digital detox, or build a healthier relationship with your phone — Tymo helps you stay focused and intentional. Tymo works as your app blocker, website blocker, screen time tracker, focus timer, distraction blocker, and digital wellbeing companion — all in one. ▸ Usage Access To see which app is in the foreground, so Tymo can apply the rules you set, and to calculate your screen time insights. ▸ Display over other apps To show the block screen when you open an app on your list. Accessibility Permission This app uses the Accessibility Service exclusively to enable our website ad-blocking and tracking protection feature.
