Lighten: Family Hub & Planner

Lighten is the family planner and organizer that understands the chaos. Parents carry thousands of tiny things in their heads: school events, birthday parties, appointments, kids' activities, grocery lists, gifts, forms, chores, who is picking up which child, what has to happen tomorrow. Lighten takes all of that off your mind and turns it into a shared family plan. SAY IT ONCE Type or speak one messy sentence, the way you would text your partner: "Elesa has a birthday party Saturday at 2. Need a gift under $30 and we have to leave by 1:30." Lighten's AI assistant turns it into every task, reminder and shopping item hiding inside: • Buy gift for Elesa (under $30) — Friday • Add party location — Saturday morning • Leave home — Saturday 1:30 PM • Elesa's birthday party — Saturday 2:00 PM Review, tweak, tap Add. Nothing lives only in your head anymore. SNAP A PHOTO OF THE FLYER Take a photo of a school flyer, a sign-up sheet or a note on the fridge, and Lighten pulls out the dates, tasks and reminders for you. A SHARED FAMILY CALENDAR AND TO-DO LIST, IN REAL TIME Invite your partner with a six-character code. Every event, task, reminder and shopping list item appears on both phones instantly, Android and iPhone alike. Check something off and it is done for both of you. You can also see your family calendar inside Google Calendar. IT ORGANIZES YOUR WEEK "You have 7 things this week. Want me to organize them?" Lighten proposes dates for undated tasks, moves prep work before the events it serves, and spreads the work across the week. Approve with one tap. SHARE THE LOAD FAIRLY See who is carrying what this week and last month. Tap Balance it and Lighten suggests a fairer split of tasks and chores between partners.
