ForgeFit is a training and nutrition journal that works without an account. Everything you log stays on your device. TRAINING PLAN THAT FITS YOU Answer six questions – goal, days per week, session length, experience, focus and the equipment you actually have – and ForgeFit builds a weekly plan from its exercise catalog. Compound lifts lead every session; beginners get the guided or bodyweight variant first. Prefer your own plan? Edit any day, any exercise, any set count. 238 EXERCISES, DRAWN IN MOTION Every exercise comes with an illustration that plays the movement instead of showing a static photo. The figure is drawn by the app itself, so you can see the path of the lift, not a stock image. Tap an exercise to watch it move. GUIDED SESSIONS Start a session and ForgeFit walks you through it: current exercise, target reps, set counter and rest timer. Log reps and weight as you go, or just train and log nothing. HANDS-FREE Say "next set" instead of picking up your phone with chalky hands. Voice commands run offline on your device – no network, no cloud. Announcements duck your music instead of stopping it. NUTRITION, IF YOU WANT IT Calorie and protein targets from your body data, with separate goals for training, activity and rest days. Log meals by hand, scan a barcode, or build your own recipes from a built-in ingredient catalog – ForgeFit calculates the nutrition per serving. Put those recipes on a weekly plan and the shopping list writes itself. TRACK WHAT CHANGES Weight over time, calories and water over the last seven days, training volume per session and top weight per exercise. Steps and distance can come from Health Connect if you allow it.
