Tu Tecnico

Tu Técnico puts your helpdesk in your pocket. Whether you're in the office or on the go, stay on top of every support ticket, client conversation and team task — without needing to be at your desk. For support agents and administrators: 🎫 Full ticket management View, search and filter tickets by status, priority or assigned agent. See the complete conversation history for every client request, including attachments and internal notes. 💬 Reply from anywhere Write replies, add CC recipients, set the ticket status after sending and resolve issues without opening a laptop. The reply experience mirrors your web portal — including To and CC fields, just like email. 🔒 Internal notes Communicate privately with your team without the client seeing it. Internal notes are clearly marked within the conversation thread. 👤 Agent assignment Assign or reassign tickets to any team member with a single tap. The agent picker shows availability and current workload at a glance. ⬆️ Support level escalation Escalate incidents to Level 2 or Level 3 support directly from the ticket when the situation demands it. 📊 Live dashboard Monitor open tickets, resolved count, average response time and average resolution time — by day, week, month or year. The agent leaderboard keeps your team accountable. 🔔 Instant push notifications Get notified the moment a ticket is assigned to you, a client replies or a ticket status changes. Badge count keeps unread activity visible on your home screen. 🎨 Fully customizable Choose from 8 accent color themes, switch between Spanish and English, and enable dark mode — all saved automatically to your device. 🔐 Secure login Sign in with Face ID or fingerprint recognition.
