PushMe: Home Workout Plans

PushMe builds your home workout plan, then adapts it to the week you actually had. Most training apps hand you a fixed 30-day program and forget you exist. PushMe works the other way around. Tell your coach what you want, what equipment you have and what hurts. It builds a weekly workout plan around that, and rebuilds it when your week changes.
