Full description
Choose contact-based call blocking with Call Guard. When protection is active, visible incoming numbers outside your contacts are blocked after a successful contacts check. Saved contacts are allowed. Legitimate first-time callers, such as a delivery driver or doctor's office, can be blocked too. SET UP PROTECTION Allow Contacts access and select Call Guard as your call screening app in Android. Android manages this role; there is no instant in-app on/off switch. Manage protection opens Android settings. Requires Android 10 or later and an available call screening role. REVIEW YOUR HISTORY See up to 100 local records of submitted block decisions. A record does not confirm that Android rejected the call. Open the contacts editor from a record to save a number for future calls. Adding a contact keeps previous records. Clearing app history does not delete Android's call history or your contacts. KNOW THE LIMITS Call Guard uses your contacts, not a spam database or caller ID service. Hidden or unavailable numbers cannot be promised as covered. Calls are allowed if contacts cannot be checked. Android and your device control call handling; silent blocking and removal from system history are not guaranteed. Contacts lookup takes place on your device. Blocked numbers and call times are stored locally in app history.
