Quickey

Quickey turns your phone camera into a scanner that types. Point it at a barcode or at printed text and the result is typed straight into whatever app you are using: WhatsApp, Excel, Tally, your billing or inventory app, a web form, anything with a cursor. No copy-paste, no switching apps, and it works fully offline. WHAT YOU CAN SCAN • Barcodes and QR codes: EAN, UPC, Code 128, Code 39, ITF, Data Matrix, PDF417, QR and more • Printed text (OCR): invoice numbers, serial numbers, addresses, part numbers, any line of text • Scan continuously, add a prefix or suffix, press Enter or Tab after each scan, filter by barcode type THREE WAYS TO TYPE • Quickey Keyboard: a real keyboard with Scan, OCR, Catalog, Quick text, Clipboard and Emoji buttons above the keys. Scans are typed exactly where your cursor is. The keyboard does not need the Accessibility service. • Floating button: a small bubble that stays on top of every app. Tap it to scan while you stay in the app you are in. • Copy to clipboard: scan, then paste anywhere. SCAN INTO YOUR WINDOWS PC Install the free Quickey Connect app on Windows (quickey.biz/download), scan its QR once, and your phone becomes a wireless barcode scanner for the PC. Scans type at the cursor in Excel, ERP and billing software, browsers, any window. Works over Wi-Fi or over the internet, and the phone remembers your PCs and reconnects on its own. Most phones can also pair as a Bluetooth keyboard with no PC software at all. CLIPBOARD SYNC Copy on the phone, paste on the PC, and the other way round. Keep a history of recent clips, pin the ones you use every day, and reach them from the keyboard's Clipboard tab. QUICK TEXT AND CATALOG • Quick text: save the messages you type every day (greetings, payment details, addresses) and insert them with one tap from the keyboard. • Catalog: keep your products with photos, prices and descriptions, and send a product card to a customer on WhatsApp in seconds. • WhatsApp a number: open a chat with any number without saving the contact. SESSIONS (BUSINESS) Stock counts, dispatch and audits with a team: every phone scans into one live list on the PC, with timestamp, device and operator. Pocket sessions work offline and sync later. Export to CSV or JSON. PLANS Quickey is free to use with a monthly scan allowance; watch a short video to add more scans whenever you need them. Premium removes ads and limits, and Business adds Sessions. Subscriptions are per phone and can be cancelled any time through Google Play. ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE API DISCLOSURE Quickey uses the Android AccessibilityService API for one optional feature: auto-type with the Floating button. When you turn it on, Quickey uses the service only to insert the barcode, text, Quick text or Catalog item that you scanned or picked into the text field you have selected in another app, and to press Enter or Tab after it if you chose that. Quickey does not use this API to collect, store or share anything shown on your screen, your keystrokes, passwords or any personal data, and it does not change your settings. The service is off by default. It is turned on only after you accept the disclosure in the app and enable it in Android Settings, and you can turn it off at any time. The Quickey Keyboard and Copy to clipboard work without it. PRIVACY Scanning, OCR and typing happen on your device. Camera images and scan content are never sent to our servers.
