TrueNorth Check

Most people have a rough sense of how they are doing. Few have a clear one. You feel off but cannot name it. Something is out of balance - you just do not know what, or when it shifted. TrueNorth Check is a daily check-in app built around the four dimensions of a well-lived life: relationships, physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual wellbeing. Each day, you rate yourself from 1 to 10 in each area. From that single input, TrueNorth gives you an honest picture of where you stand - not compared to anyone else, but measured against your own life. How It Works Open the app. Rate your four dimensions. Done. TrueNorth calculates your overall status instantly and highlights any area that needs attention. If a dimension has been quietly declining across several consecutive days, the app detects that drift before it becomes a crisis - and surfaces a specific, practical suggestion to help you course-correct. What You Get • A daily check-in that takes under one minute • Clear overall status: Stable, Attention Needed, or Drifting • Automatic drift detection across three consecutive days • Area-specific action suggestions matched to your current status • Long-term trend tracking and personal history reports (Pro) • Secure backup and restore of your data • Clean, distraction-free design - no social feed, no leaderboard, no noise Why TrueNorth Is Different Most self-improvement and habit tracking apps are built around streaks, gamification, and output metrics. They reward compliance, not self-awareness. TrueNorth Check is not a productivity tool. It does not tell you to optimize, perform better, or hit a daily goal. It asks one honest question: how are you - really, across every area of your life? There is no comparison to others. No AI coach selling you a program. No algorithm deciding what you need. Just you, four honest scores, and a clear picture of where you stand today. This is personal growth through consistent self-reflection - private, meaningful, and sustainable. Who It Is For TrueNorth Check is for adults who want structure in their personal growth without the noise of social or performance-based apps. It works equally well for secular users and for those with a faith orientation. The spiritual dimension is included thoughtfully - without being prescriptive, denominational, or preachy. It is for anyone navigating a season of change, building a sustainable wellbeing habit, or simply wanting to stay aligned across every part of their life. You cannot improve what you do not see. TrueNorth Check gives you that clarity - daily, consistently, and without judgment.
