Truehelps

Truehelps is a technology-driven emergency assistance platform created with the vision of improving communication and accessibility during critical situations. The platform was envisioned by Deepak from Kanpur after witnessing a real-life accident in which people wanted to help an injured individual but were unable to contact the victim’s family because emergency information was not accessible. Truehelps was developed to bridge the gap between emergencies and timely communication by providing users with a secure, easy-to-use emergency contact system. The application enables users to securely store emergency contact details and generate a personalised emergency QR code linked to their profile. During emergency situations, authorised individuals can scan the QR code and access limited emergency contact information only after successful identity verification, ensuring privacy, security, and controlled access to sensitive information. Our Mission To create a safer and more connected environment where individuals in distress can receive timely assistance and loved ones can be informed without unnecessary delays. Our Vision To become a trusted emergency support platform that responsibly uses technology to improve emergency communication, personal safety, and accessibility. Our Core Values Immediate Assistance: Helping users make emergency contact information accessible during critical situations. Privacy & Security: Protecting sensitive personal information through secure authentication and controlled verification systems. Simplicity & Accessibility: Building an intuitive and user-friendly platform that can be easily used during emergencies. Technology for Social Good: Leveraging secure digital technologies such as QR systems and identity verification to solve real-world safety challenges responsibly.
