TruCoach

TruCoach connects sports academies, coaches, and parents on one platform — replacing scattered WhatsApp groups, paper registers, and manual fee tracking with one simple app built for the whole coaching journey. Whether you run a cricket academy, a swimming club, a dance studio, a martial arts dojo, a tennis club, or a tuition centre, TruCoach keeps every coach, parent, and student on the same page — from the first free trial to the monthly fee receipt. FOR COACHES & ACADEMIES • Organize students into batches with set schedules, and mark daily attendance in seconds • Automatically generate monthly fee invoices, and let parents pay securely via UPI, cards, or net banking • Track who's paid and who's overdue at a glance, with automatic WhatsApp payment reminders • Send instant WhatsApp alerts the moment a student is marked absent • Keep private progress notes and remarks for every student, visible to their own parent • Generate monthly PDF progress reports automatically, with attendance and coach evaluations • Announce private academy sessions or updates directly to the parents of the batches you choose — reschedules, venue changes, weather cancellations, or general notices, delivered straight to WhatsApp with your contact details attached • Host public events, workshops, or open trial days to attract new students through the Community marketplace • Review and respond to free trial and enrollment requests from parents discovering your academy • Manage staff coaches with role-based access if you run a multi-coach academy — an Academy Admin sees everything, while Staff Coaches are scoped to just their own batches • Run entirely independently as a solo coach if you don't need a larger academy structure FOR PARENTS • Track your child's attendance and progress in real time, batch by batch • See exactly what's due and pay coaching or tuition fees securely, right from the app • Get instant WhatsApp, push, and email alerts for attendance, payments, receipts, and academy announcements • Discover nearby academies and coaches across multiple sports, and request a free trial before enrolling • Manage multiple children from a single account, each with their own attendance and fee history • Stay updated through the public Community events feed — tournaments, workshops, and open sessions SIMPLE, SECURE PAYMENTS Fee payments are processed through licensed third-party payment gateways supporting UPI, cards, and net banking. TruCoach never stores your card details, and fees settle directly with the coach or academy — not through TruCoach itself. REAL NOTIFICATIONS, NOT MISSED MESSAGES Every important update — a payment receipt, an absentee alert, a fee reminder, a welcome message, an event announcement — is delivered automatically through official WhatsApp, push, and email channels, so nothing gets lost in a crowded group chat.
