Truckie

Truckie is a simple job diary, diesel tracker and profit calculator built for Australian owner-driver subcontractors. GROSS PAY ISN’T PROFIT Most owner-drivers know what they grossed for the week. Fewer know what they actually kept after diesel, rego, insurance, finance, repairs and other truck costs. Truckie helps make that number clearer by tracking your jobs, fuel and costs in one place. LOG EVERY JOB Track jobs by hourly rate, per load, per cubic metre, or by tonnage. Log loads as you go and see your earnings update as the job progresses. TRACK DIESEL AND AD BLUE Record kilometres, diesel and AdBlue usage so fuel costs can be included against your work instead of being forgotten or guessed later. ADD FIXED AND VARIABLE COSTS Add recurring costs such as insurance, registration, finance and yard rent. You can also record variable expenses so your profit estimate is based on more than just gross earnings. SEE WHAT YOU ACTUALLY KEPT Truckie combines gross earnings, diesel, fixed costs and other expenses into a clear profit estimate based on the data you enter. BUILT FOR OWNER-DRIVERS Truckie is not bloated fleet software built for large office teams. It is a practical tool for solo owner-operators and small subcontractor outfits working in civil, quarry, tipper, dog trailer, earthmoving and plant hire. KEEP YOUR RECORDS ORGANISED Keep job history, documents, rego papers and insurance certificates backed up in the cloud and accessible from your account. Truckie is built for Australian owner-drivers who want a simpler way to track their work, understand their costs and see what they actually keep. Built for truckies, by a truckie. Truckie is a tracking and calculation tool. It does not replace professional accounting, tax or business advice.
