Trovfolio: Value Your Things

Trovfolio is a private inventory of the things you own, with estimated values you can actually use. Take a photo of a watch, a ring, a painting, a guitar, a card collection, a boat, or the good silver. Trovfolio identifies the item, pulls market evidence, and gives you an estimate. You review it, correct anything that's off, and save it to your vault. Values are estimates, not appraisals, and every estimate shows its source, a confidence level, and the date it was produced. WHY PEOPLE USE IT - Keep a documented list of your belongings with photos, receipts, and values, handy if you ever need to file an insurance claim. - Plan your estate: assign items to the people you want to have them, and see how the split works out. - Know your net worth in things, not just in accounts. - Get a realistic sense of resale value before you sell. FOUR VIEWS ON THE SAME INVENTORY Trovfolio never blends different kinds of value into one number. Each view reads your inventory a different way: - Replacement: what it would cost to replace an item today. For insurance and records. - Estate: fair market value, grouped by who you want each item to go to. - Net worth: what your things add up to today. - Investment: resale estimates charted over time. ADD ITEMS YOUR WAY - Identify with AI: snap or pick a photo and get a proposed identity and estimate. - Attach evidence: add receipts, appraisals, certificates, or purchase agreements. Printed facts on your documents correct the identification. - Skip AI: enter the details and your own value. - Keepsake: save the photo and the story with no dollar value, for things that matter for other reasons. - Import a list: bring in a CSV or Excel spreadsheet you already keep. - Vehicles and boats work too. A VIN or HIN plus mileage or hours helps the estimate. VALUES THAT STAY CURRENT Values refresh on a schedule based on your plan, and you can use credits to revalue a specific item on demand. Charts show how each item and your whole portfolio have moved. REPORTS AND SHARING - Export a replacement inventory or an estate inventory as a PDF to keep or hand to your advisors. - Lock an estate valuation date when you need values as of a specific day. - Share an item card or a portfolio card by link, and revoke it any time. - Invite household members to the same vault. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your inventory, photos, and values are visible only to your account unless you choose to share or export them. We don't sell your data and there are no ads. You can export your data or delete your account from inside the app. TRY IT FIRST You can try a scan without an account. Sign in with Google, Apple, or email when you want to save items to your vault. PLANS The free plan holds up to 10 items. Pro and Collector / Estate subscriptions add room for more items, faster scheduled refreshes, and more monthly revaluation credits. Credit packs are available if you need extra revaluations.
