New Forest Dog Owners Group (NFDOG) is based in the New Forest, Hampshire, England where the organisation supports local dog owners. This app enables you to add details about your dogs and then hit a button to report them as lost or stolen (NFDOG members only) at which point our wide membership network will be kept fully up to date to help reunite you with your pet. It includes emergency guidance for dog first aid and articles to support responsible dog ownership and welfare as well as bonus features for members such as access to our Webinars and Ambassador scheme. Please note that in order to report your dog as lost using the app you need to be a member of NFDOG. If you're not a member you can still keep a record of your pets using this app. All data is stored locally on your device and only sent to NFDOG if you are a member and report your pet missing. Non-members are able to view active lost dog reports. In this latest update: This is a major update to the app and includes far too many changes to list, but here are a few of them: First aid information and articles are now available for non-members to view. (Please note that some of our articles are for members only and will be shown once you've logged in. These are marked with a "Members Only" indicator). Webinars added for members. Updated and improved push notification handling. Tapping on a lost dog notification now immediately opens the relevant dog's detailed information. Resolved problems some users were experiencing when submitting reports and updates. Tap the image of a lost pet to view larger (swipe to dismiss). Updated about information. Article list shows titles and descriptions on multiple lines. List of lost dogs expanded to show more detail. Non-member instructions on dog list screen are now hidden if logged on. Owner contact details added to lost dog page. Added contact details to updates sent to lost dog reports (only viewable by the owner). Added an introduction screen to welcome new users. Lots of app improvements, bug fixes and updates throughout helped by large amounts of coffee. Gave the app a belly rub, plenty of tickles behind the ears and a handful of the tastiest treats we could find.
