eKasi Pay

eKasi Pay is a sales recording and stock management app built specifically for South African spaza shops, tuck shops, and township retailers. While most business apps are too complicated or expensive, eKasi Pay is designed for the way local shops actually work. Record Sales in Seconds Ring up sales quickly to keep the queue moving. Every transaction is automatically logged with the time, items sold, and total amount. At the end of the day, you can see exactly how much you made without doing any manual calculations. Always Know Your Stock Add products by scanning a barcode or typing them in manually. The app tracks every sale and keeps your stock count up to date, so you always know what is running low before you run out. Manage Your Team If you run your shop with family or staff, you can add employees using a simple invite code. They can record sales from their own phones while you stay in full control. Only the owner can see financial reports, stock levels, and business settings. Track Your Progress Check your total revenue, number of sales, and average transaction value at a glance. You can view any specific sale to see exactly what was sold and when. There is no need for spreadsheets or guessing. Key Features: Fast point-of-sale recording. Barcode scanning for quick inventory management. Live stock tracking across all products. Employee management via invite codes. Daily sales summaries and full transaction history. Phone number login (no email address required). Compatible with affordable Android phones. Simple enough for any staff member to use from day one. This app is perfect for spaza shops, tuck shops, general dealers, and any small informal retailer in South Africa.
