現在Web脅威対策が急に無効になる問題が発生していることを確認しております。 この問題はWeb脅威対策機能を利用するために必要な「ユーザー補助」機能がウイルスブロックから利用できなくなる場合に発生する可能性があります。 「ユーザー補助」機能が利用できなくなる原因については、継続して調査を進めております。 アプリを最新のバージョンに更新したあとも引き続き問題が発生している方は、以下の操作を実施することにより問題が改善するかご確認ください。 1．ユーザー補助の設定を確認の上、オンにする。（既にオンになっている場合は、一度オフにしてから再度オンにしてください） 2．端末の再起動 ＜ウイルスブロックアプリの主な機能＞ ■不正アプリ対策 　アプリをインストールする際にリアルタイムにチェックし、不正なアプリがインストールされないように監視します。また、端末内のすべてのストレージに存在する不正ファイルを検知し、削除を行うことができます。 [位置情報]権限の取得について Wi-Fiの安全性チェックを有効にするためには、[位置情報]権限を有効にする必要がございます。 [位置情報]権限は、銀行アプリなどをWi-Fi接続で利用する場合に、Wi-Fi接続の安全性を確認するために利用しています。 この権限をGPSなどの位置情報の取得には使用しておりません。 銀行アプリなどをWi-Fi接続で利用する方は、権限を有効にすることをお勧めいたします。 また、[位置情報]権限を有効にしない場合も、Wi-Fiの安全性チェック以外の保護機能は有効です。 ■アプリ権限チェック 　アプリの挙動やデータ通信先などを判断し、個人情報漏えいリスクの可能性がある場合には警告通知します。 ■Web脅威対策 　フィッシング詐欺サイトなどのWeb脅威に対して、アクセスをブロックします。 　新たにLINEアプリをサポート対象に追加いたしました。 ユーザー補助機能の利用について ウイルスブロックで次の機能を使用するには [ユーザー補助] 設定でウイルスブロックに権限を設定する必要があります。 ・不正アプリ対策では、Android 10以上でアプリの検出結果を表示させるために利用します。 ・Web脅威対策およびWebフィルタでは、使用中のブラウザアプリに表示されるURL情報を取得し、URLレピュテーションのチェックを行い、安全でないURLのブロックを行うことができます。 ■決済保護機能 　銀行アプリやショッピングアプリを利用時に、端末や通信環境、アプリの安全性などを確認し、オンライン取引を安全に行うことができます。 ＜ウイルスバスター for auをご利用のお客様へ＞ ウイルスバスター for auは、今後より使いやすいアプリへ機能を改善していくため、ウイルスブロックへアプリを変更いたします。 ウイルスバスター for auアプリをご利用のお客様はウイルスブロックアプリへ更新いただき、ウイルスブロックアプリを起動後、利用規約に同意いただくことで引き続きご利用いただけます。 ※ご登録データは自動で引き継がれます。 ＜ウイルスブロックアプリの説明＞ ウイルスブロックは、不正なアプリや危険なWebサイトからご利用のスマホを保護し、あんしんを提供いたします。 本アプリは、au契約以外のお客様もご利用いただけます。 ＜ウイルスブロックアプリのご利用方法＞ ※ご利用にはau IDログインが必要です。 ※スマートフォンのバッテリーセーバーや省電力モードをONにしているとアプリを安定してご利用いただくことができません。OFFにしてご利用ください。 ＜Xiaomi製端末をご利用のお客様へ＞ ・Xiaomi製端末で本アプリの「Web脅威対策」を有効にするために、追加の操作が必要となります。以下のご案内をご確認ください。 https://tmqa.jp/xiaomi_guide/ ＜Google Pixel Fold をご利用のお客様へ＞ ウイルスブロックは「分割」機能に対応しておりません。 「分割」機能で本アプリを表示した場合、一部の画面は正常に表示できません。
