TreeCrew Field

TreeCrew Field is a field notebook for a tree service crew. It keeps work orders, tree records and equipment checks together and includes a calculator for rough job time and debris volume. What you can do - Create work orders with a service type, site address, linked tree record, scheduled time, crew lead, priority and notes. Set an order to In Progress or Completed, or delete it. - Use the Field Board to see work orders grouped by status, with All Time, This Week and This Month filters. - Add and edit tree records with a label, species, height in feet, canopy width, trunk diameter in inches and a condition note. - Go through an equipment checklist (chainsaws, chipper, rigging, protective gear) and toggle each item's status. - Add caption notes to a work order and tag them by type. Notes are text only; the app does not attach camera images. - Use the Tree Job Time & Debris Volume Estimator: enter tree height, canopy, trunk diameter, work type, access difficulty, crew size and haul distance. It gives on-site hours, crew hours, debris volume in cubic yards, haul loads and a labor figure based on a fixed hourly rate in the app. Results can be saved to a history list. - Browse a service list and create, edit and track quotes with quantity, unit price and status. - Open the Profile area for company details, team, timeline and contact. Call, email and map buttons open the apps already installed on your device. Good to know - Data is stored in a local database on your device. The app does not request internet access and has no sign-in. - Sample sites, trees, work orders and equipment are included at first launch. You can edit or delete them. - The estimator uses simplified geometry and fixed multipliers. Its output is a rough planning figure only and does not replace a site assessment or a qualified arborist's judgment.
