Agencies covering the route respond with a price. Open any agency's profile to see its rating before you decide. 4. Confirm and pay. Accept the offer you want and settle it with the agency. 5. Follow it through. Each stage is confirmed in the app, from pickup to delivery. 6. Rate the agency. Your rating is what the next owner sees. WHY OWNERS USE TRAX • Agencies do not sign themselves up. Every agency on TRAX is onboarded by us before it can quote on a single trip. • Ratings come only from owners who completed a real journey — there is no way to leave one otherwise. • Offers are itemised, so you see what you are paying for instead of a single number. • Your horse's passport, health papers and photographs stay in your account, ready to send with any trip. • You are notified at each stage, so nobody has to be chased by phone.
