Trainzo: Fitness Coaching App Live

Trainzo is where coaching actually happens. FOR THE PERSON TRAINING Your coach builds your sessions. You open the app and they are waiting — today's workout, the movements in order, and the weight and reps you hit last time. • See today's session and the week ahead • Watch a demo of each movement before you do it • Log every set as you go — weight, reps, time or distance • Answer your coach's weekly check-in in two minutes — weight, sleep, energy and photos • Tell your coach about yourself when you join, so your first week fits you • Build the daily habits your coach sets, with streaks that forgive one missed day • Work towards goals that move by themselves as you log • Tick off your to-dos — weigh-ins and measurements tick themselves • Take progress photos and compare any two days side by side • Follow any lift over weeks and months • Record your weigh-ins and watch the trend • Message your coach with photos, videos, files and voice notes • Keep any message or note in Saved — only you can see it FOR THE COACH Run your roster from your pocket. See who trained, who is behind, and who is waiting on a reply. Assign a session, enrol someone in a programme, give a habit, a goal or a task, tailor one client's workout, answer a message — without opening a laptop. Send check-ins and welcome questionnaires, and read the answers with anything that needs a look flagged first. Reply with a photo or a voice note, keep the replies you send most, and schedule a message for later. See whose streak is slipping and whose goal is falling behind before they tell you. ONE ACCOUNT, BOTH SIDES A coach who also trains has one login, not two, and switches between coaching and training whenever they like. One person can train under several coaches at once, each with their own plan and their own thread — and every item says which coach it is from. WRITTEN BY A REAL COACH No AI-generated plans and no workouts picked by an algorithm. A person who knows your name chooses your plan, adjusts it, and watches what you log. FREE TO DOWNLOAD There is nothing to buy inside the app. If you train with a coach, you never pay Trainzo anything. Questions: [email protected]
