You're not lazy. You're running the wrong formula. Every fitness app on your phone was built for a 25-year-old's biology. The Standard is built for yours. The Standard is the training environment for men running The Sigma Formula — the five-pillar body composition system engineered for declining testosterone, elevated cortisol, and fragmented sleep. Built for the man you actually are at 40-plus, not the one you were at 25. THE FIVE-PILLAR SYSTEM The pillars, weighted by actual biological impact: Sleep — 35% Stress — 25% Workout — 20% Nutrition — 15% Supplementation — 5% Most apps obsess over the bottom 20%. The Standard optimizes all five. YOUR SIGMA SCORE Take the 18-question assessment. Get your composite score across all five pillars, your band — Ignition, Building, Optimizing, or Elite — and your Target Lock: the date your goals become predictable, calculated to the day from your starting biology. If you've read The Sigma Formula, this is where you run the system. If you haven't, your Sigma Score tells you exactly where you are and what to do first. INSIDE THE STANDARD Real coaching access: — Live calls with certified trainers built for men over 40 — Direct chat with your coach when you have a question or hit a wall — Monthly group challenges scaled to your Sigma Score band — beginner work doesn't bore the advanced, and elite protocols don't break the new guys Training built for your biology: — Programmed workouts following The Standard, rotating across Workouts A, B, and C — Exercise video demonstrations with form cues calibrated for joint integrity after 40 — Macros from The Sigma Formula — fat loss at bodyweight × 10 calories, muscle at bodyweight × 16 calories Track what actually moves the needle: — Workout log with progressive overload tracking — Meal and macro tracking against your Sigma protocol — Body measurements and composition with Target Lock projections — Sleep, stress, and supplement protocols auto-assigned by your score — Sunday check-ins: weekly reviews of the past seven days, not daily compliance gates The MOTT standard runs throughout: Most Of The Time, not perfect. Built for men with careers and families. EXPAND WHEN YOU'RE READY Inside the app, you can unlock additional monthly challenges and direct coaching at two tiers — Sigma Forged and Sigma Elite — through transparent in-app subscriptions managed by your Apple ID. The formula does its job. Now do yours. — The Silver Fox Society
