Tracks Go!

Tracks Go! is the field companion to Tracks, the animal-management software used by aquariums and zoos. Users spend their day with the animals, not at a desk. Tracks Go! lets them record care where it happens - at the exhibit, or the tank, all on an Android phone or tablet. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Daily checklists - log the daily checks for each enclosure, like temperatures, cleaning and maintenance, in a few taps. See at a glance what is done and what is left. • Welfare assessments - score animals against your institution’s welfare protocols, one animal at a time or across the whole group. • Water quality and environment - record test results for every exhibit and see right away when a reading is out of range. BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Works offline. Every entry is saved on your device first and syncs to Tracks when you have a connection. Nothing is lost when the signal drops. • Phone and tablet. Quick forms on the phone; full spreadsheet-style grids on tablets. • Shared devices. Hand a tablet to the next user at shift change. Each person signs in with their own account. • Light and dark mode, home-screen widgets, and launcher shortcuts. WHO IT’S FOR • Tracks Go! is for staff at institutions that use Tracks Virtual. You sign in with the same facility name and account you already use in Tracks, and you see the same checklists, protocols and permissions. Your data stays in your institution’s Tracks database.
