Calories, protein, fibre, water, salt, dog walks, baby feeds, cups of coffee, number of drinks on a night out. If it has a number, you can track it. Set your own daily target for each thing, log values with a couple of taps, and watch the thermometer fill as you go. No food database, no barcode scanner, no guesswork done on your behalf.
