ToyTreyd

Kids grow up fast—and their toy preferences grow even faster. Is your living room overflowing with toddler toys your 6-year-old hasn’t touched in years? Are you tired of spending a fortune on new toys they’ll only play with for a few months? Meet ToyTreyd, the smart, sustainable, and local toy exchange app built exclusively for parents. Direct swaps rarely work because parents of older kids don't need baby toys. That’s why ToyTreyd uses a unique Tiered Token System. You don't need to find a perfect 1-to-1 swap! Simply give your outgrown toys to parents who need them, earn tokens, and spend those tokens on age-appropriate toys from anyone in your local community. 🚀 How ToyTreyd Works 1. Declutter & Earn Snap a quick photo of the toys your child has outgrown. Categorize the item to set its Token value automatically: 🧸 Small (1 Token): Books, puzzles, single figures, plushies. 🧩 Medium (2 Tokens): Board games, costumes, medium playsets. 🚲 Large (3 Tokens): Bicycles, dollhouses, large building sets. When another parent requests your toy and you hand it over, the tokens hit your wallet instantly! 2. Discover & Wishlist Browse a local catalog of toys filtered by age range. You can window-shop for free! Found the perfect birthday gift or weekend activity? Use your earned tokens to claim it absolutely cash-free. 3. Exchange Safely Arrange a quick, safe local pickup using our secure in-app messaging. (You can only message a seller when you have enough tokens to claim the item, meaning no spam and no time-wasters!) ✨ Why Parents Love ToyTreyd Save Money: Keep your kids entertained with "new-to-them" toys without opening your wallet. Save Space: Finally clear out those bulky ride-on toys and play kitchens taking up your garage. Eco-Friendly: Keep perfectly good plastic toys out of landfills and teach your kids the value of sharing and sustainability. Fair Economy: Our 1-2-3 Token tier ensures you get fair value. Trade three small books for a larger toy, or trade a bike to fund a whole new collection of puzzles! 🔒 Trust & Community First ToyTreyd is a community built on trust.
