Set your food preferences, allergies, household size and kitchen equipment. Choose recipes from the collection or request new AI-generated recipes. USE WHAT YOU HAVE Keep pantry items and quantities organized. Ask the AI assistant for meal ideas using your ingredients, preview suggested changes and decide what to save. SHOP WITH A LIST Turn your meal plan into a grocery list, add your own items and check things off as you shop. Share your list using your device sharing options. COOK WITH CONFIDENCE Keep ingredients and instructions close at hand, follow recipes step by step and use cooking timers. Save favorites to find them again. YOUR CHOICES MATTER AI features ask for permission before relevant information is sent to OpenAI. Optional notifications let you know when generation is complete. Saved content can be viewed offline. SUBSCRIPTIONS Your first generated meal plan is free. Continued AI generation and assistant access require a subscription. Prep Plus includes 30 new AI recipes with images and 50 assistant messages per subscription month. Prep Pro includes 120 recipes and 200 assistant messages per subscription month. Monthly and annual billing options are available. Annual plans are charged upfront; allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. Prices are displayed before purchase.
