TourPulse: Tour & QR Check-In

Scan a QR code, count everyone in, keep moving. TourPulse is offline tour management with QR-code attendance check-in, built for tour guides and tour operators — no signal required, no account, no server. 📷 QR CHECK-IN Start a check-in session for a stop and scan. Each traveler's QR code is their passport ID, so a duplicate scan is caught and rejected automatically. If a code won't scan, check that person in manually instead. Every result is recorded as one of four exact statuses: Not yet checked, Present, Absent, or Excused. 🧳 TOURS & MEMBERS Create a tour with a title and description, and track its status as Active, Completed, or Cancelled. Add members one at a time, or bulk-import an entire passenger list from an Excel file (.xlsx or .xls) — TourPulse reviews the file and shows you what will be imported before anything is saved. Column headings are recognised in English, Arabic or French. Each member needs a passport ID, full name, Arabic name and birth date; phone and email are optional. Open any member's profile to call or email them in one tap. 📊 LIVE DASHBOARD The home screen shows live counts across your tours, members and check-in sessions, so you always know where things stand without digging through screens. 🌐 WORKS ANYWHERE Interface in English, Arabic (full right-to-left) and French — the app defaults to Arabic if your system language is none of the three. Light and dark themes. Works in portrait or landscape, on phones and tablets. 🚫 NOTHING LEAVES YOUR PHONE There is no account, no login and no server. Member names, passport IDs, birth dates, phone numbers, tour details and every check-in result stay in this app's private storage on your device — other apps cannot read them, and TourPulse cannot send them anywhere because it has no way to. The only things that ever reach Google are anonymous crash reports and anonymous usage statistics (such as app opens), tied to a random app instance ID — never to you or to any traveler. TourPulse is free, with no ads, no in-app purchases and no subscription. Built for the guide who has to count a full tour back onto the bus in a country with no signal, and for the operator running more than one tour at once.
