With Totalmobile Task, users can: * Access assigned work and dynamic schedules in real time * Follow bespoke, role-specific workflows that standardise task execution * Capture job information, forms, photos, signatures, and outcomes digitally * View process documentation and guidance while on site * Manage time, status updates, and availability * Receive organisational communications and service updates * Navigate using accurate routing and location information * Synchronise data securely with back-office systems By digitising field activities and connecting workers to their organisation, Totalmobile Task helps improve productivity, compliance, visibility, and service delivery. The application is used by employees or approved contractors of organisations that license the Totalmobile platform. It is not intended for consumer use. Totalmobile Task enables mobile staff to receive work, follow defined workflows, and record job outcomes digitally. Information entered into the app is processed on behalf of the employing organisation to support service delivery, auditability, compliance, and operational visibility.
