Full description

One link, and you know who's coming. Planning a dinner, drinks, a day out with friends, a weekend away, a birthday or your club's night out? Torool replaces the date poll, the guest list and the scattered messages. Create an online invitation in a minute, share one link in WhatsApp, by text or by email, and your guests RSVP in 30 seconds from their phone. Nothing to install, no account to create. Replies come in live, and you hear about each one. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add a title, a date and a place. No date yet? Suggest a few slots and let the group vote. 2. Share the link: WhatsApp, text, email or QR code. 3. Guests open the page and reply: I'm coming, Maybe or I can't make it. 4. See who's coming, who's unsure and who hasn't replied yet, plus-ones included. Nudge the ones you're missing. FOR WHICH EVENTS Dinners with friends, drinks, days out, hikes, weekends and group trips, birthdays, workshops, club nights, family get-togethers, after-work drinks, offsites… Each format asks the questions that matter: diet, transport, plus-one, lodging. You can write your own too. WHAT YOUR GUESTS SEE • A clear page: who's hosting, what, when, where • Three possible answers, then your questions if you have any • Nothing to install, no account: by default, a first name is enough MODULES, INCLUDED FOR FREE Add only what your event needs: • Date poll, up to 10 slots • Who brings what, for potlucks • Carpooling and lodging • Gift list • Schedule for the day • Shared expenses: who owes whom, after the event • Guestbook and photo album, up to 60 photos FREE Unlimited events, unlimited guests, live replies, questions and most modules. PREMIUM — €4.99/month For events that need more organising: • Seating chart: seat your guests or let them pick their seat • Door check-in on the day: a QR pass for each guest, scanned at the entrance • Ask guests to chip in (on torool.com) • Photo album beyond 60 photos, up to 500 • Date polls beyond 10 slots YOUR DATA • No ads in the app, no data sold • Main database hosted in the European Union (Ireland) • An event's photo album is never public • Delete your account from the app SUBSCRIPTION Torool Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription (€4.99/month). What's new

• Invitation and event links from torool.com now open straight in the app. • A new first screen, “What are you organizing?”: six starting points, then your link is ready as soon as you create. • Guests can leave their email: a reminder the day before, a message if the time or place changes. • An event only shows as “past” once it has ended. • Softer light and more readable text, dark theme included.
