Full description

Tookan is the easiest solution to manage on-demand deliveries, at-home services, and on-field business development. The solution includes a powerful web dashboard for business owners/managers, intuitive app for the field workforce, and seamless communications and real-time tracking for customers. For You (Agents) You will receive the credentials to login, once the manager adds you to the Tookan dashboard. What's the benefit? Using the Tookan App, you will never have to call the manager again to get the task information or to provide the status. The App does it all, automatically. It's simple, efficient, and friendly. • Bird's eye view of all the assigned tasks (List view & map view) • View customer details and call/ message them with just one tap • Step by step direction to your destination • Get customer signature, add notes and add images as a proof of delivery • Automatically updates the customer when you start or finish a task. Disclaimer: This app may use your location even when it isn’t open, which can decrease device battery life.
