Pulse Loom

Pulse Loom is an offline rhythm studio for creating beats, experimenting with patterns, and arranging short musical sessions directly on your Android device. Build rhythms with a six-track step sequencer using 8-, 16-, or 32-step patterns. Adjust tempo and swing, change individual hit velocity, control track levels, and use mute or solo while listening through the built-in audio engine. Each pattern can include multiple variations, allowing you to create different versions and switch between them in time with the current bar. Start from one of the included presets or build a rhythm from scratch, then save, rename, duplicate, and organize your patterns in a local library. Session mode lets you arrange pattern variations into a sequence using one-, two-, or four-bar sections. This provides a simple way to explore longer rhythmic structures while keeping individual patterns easy to edit. Pulse Loom also includes an interactive introduction, built-in help, and reduced-motion settings. Patterns, sessions, and preferences are stored locally on your device, and the core experience works without an account, cloud synchronization, or internet connection.
