Team AI is a bring-your-own-key AI workspace: chat with the providers you choose, build teams of specialised agents, run AI models on your phone with no network at all, and keep your chats, memory and meetings under your control. CHAT YOUR WAY Connect OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, OpenRouter, Ollama, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint with your own API key. Nothing is sent to a provider until you agree and pick one, and an on-screen notice shows what leaves your phone. Prefer to stay offline? Run a downloaded model on-device and nothing touches the network. AI replies can be wrong: every conversation says so, and any reply can be reported from inside the app. READING AND CONTROL Maths is drawn on your phone. Tables, edit-and-resend with the earlier version kept as a branch, per-chat controls such as temperature and reply length, and visible summaries of long chats. Talk hands-free with speech recognised on your device. Connect remote MCP servers with sign-in. Connect to Ollama or LM Studio on your network, or to a Mac running Team AI. AGENT TEAMS Build a team of agents (a researcher, a coder, a critic), each with its own instructions, model and tools, and start a group discussion that reaches a consensus you can inspect. ON-DEVICE MODELS A catalogue of 58 downloadable GGUF models, plus import of your own files. Small models run on most recent phones; bigger ones need 8 GB or more of memory, and the app tells you plainly when a model is too big. Needs Android 10 or later on a 64-bit ARM phone. MEMORY, MEETINGS AND IMAGES A private on-device memory, knowledge bases and watched folders. Meetings are transcribed on your phone. Image Studio uses a cloud provider you connect, or one downloadable on-device model, with on-device photo tools. BACKUP AND LOCK Back up and restore to a file you keep, protected with a passphrase if you choose. Import ChatGPT and Claude exports. Lock Team AI with your fingerprint or face. Export notes for Obsidian. TEAM AI PLUS (OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION) Plus needs a Team AI account (Google, or a link emailed to you). Everything above works without it, and nothing you already have is removed. - Encrypted sync across Android, iPhone, iPad and Mac for chats, agents, memories and a few settings. Data is encrypted on your phone with a key protected by a 24-word recovery phrase that only you keep. Team AI's server stores unreadable data plus labels such as sizes and times. If you lose the phrase and every device, Team AI cannot recover your data. - Share links: send a conversation, decision record or pack of agents as an encrypted link that expires. You review it first. The key is in the link, not on our server. Anyone with the whole link can read it. - Team AI Included: replies without an API key of your own, within an allowance of 300 messages per month. The chat text goes to Team AI's server and on to Google's Gemini API to write the reply. Team AI does not store your messages or the replies; it keeps usage counts for 90 days. Off until you choose it for a chat and agree to a notice. It can be temporarily unavailable. - Always-on agents: up to 5 scheduled jobs run on Team AI's server while your phone sleeps, using the same allowance. Here your text is not end-to-end encrypted: the server reads the prompt to run it, and sends it with any web pages and search results the job gathers to Google's Gemini API and a web search provider. Results come back sealed to your devices. Nothing acts for you without your approval. PRICE AND BILLING Team AI is a one-time purchase. Team AI Plus is an optional subscription, monthly or yearly, billed by Google Play; the price in your currency is shown in the app before you buy. It renews automatically until you cancel in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. No ads.
