Ordering Station helps restaurants receive live online orders, manage order status, monitor station health, and print receipts from supported network, Bluetooth, and Star thermal printers. Built for restaurant staff and owners, Ordering Station keeps order operations focused on the counter, kitchen, and pickup flow. Staff can sign in, review and accept incoming orders, update preparation status, control menu availability, configure receipt printers, send test prints, and reprint receipts when needed. Ordering Station is an operational staff app. It is not a customer ordering storefront. Features: - Staff sign in and restaurant access - Live order receiving and background alerts - Accept, prepare, complete, and archive order workflows - Menu availability controls - Station health monitoring - Ethernet/Wi-Fi ESC/POS printer setup - Bluetooth Classic ESC/POS printer setup - Star TSP printer setup through StarIO10 - Test print, auto-print, print queue, and manual reprint Printer support depends on the Android tablet, printer interface, and model compatibility.
