Full description

TMW Merchant helps authorized Brand Shop teams and administrators manage the TMW Points loyalty programme. At the counter, find a member by scanning their Member Card or entering their details, record sales and Points activity, attach invoice photos, and handle eligible returns. Review receipts, activity and statements from the same workspace. Company and System Admin features are available according to your assigned role, including programme settings, staff access, rewards and financial records. Receive programme messages in your private inbox; authorized System Admin Operators can send messages to selected recipients or audiences. An invitation from your Manager or Company Admin is required to set up staff access. Sign in with your staff username or email and password. Camera, photo selection and device notifications are optional; availability depends on your permissions and role. This is the merchant and administration app. Members use the separate TMW Points app.
