TLC Lifestyle is the companion app from Travancore LifeCare. It helps older adults keep track of their own health day to day, and lets the family members they choose stay in the loop without having to phone and ask. WHAT YOU CAN DO Record your vitals Log blood pressure, heart rate, blood sugar, temperature, oxygen level and weight in a few taps. Every reading is saved with the date and time, shown against the usual reference range, and kept in a history you can scroll back through. Blood pressure and blood sugar also come with simple charts. Keep your medicines straight Add each medicine with its dose, times and course dates. The app builds your day from that schedule, so you can see what is due and mark a dose as taken or snooze it for later. It answers the question you actually have at half past ten: did I already take this? Set reminders Add reminders for appointments, tests, exercise or anything else, and see them laid out day by day. Your phone can alert you at the time you set. Reach someone quickly Save your emergency contacts, and use the SOS button when you need them. Nothing is sent until you confirm on a second screen, so a stray tap does not raise an alarm. Link the family you want Show a QR code or share a code, and a family member can follow along from their own phone. You decide who gets access, you can see the full list of who has it, and you can take it back at any time. Family members get a read-only view. Ask for a welfare check Request a welfare assessment from the Travancore LifeCare team without a phone call, and see the status of your request in the app. Learn and take part Watch community videos from Travancore LifeCare and answer the occasional short survey. BUILT FOR TWO KINDS OF USER Residents get the full app: recording, medicines, reminders and SOS. Family members get a calmer view of the people who have linked them, so they can check in on how things are going. DESIGNED TO BE READABLE Large type, high contrast, plenty of space and short screens with one job each. No clutter, no small print to squint at. TLC app is not a medical device.
