Look My Salon

Look My Salon is the go-to app for salon owners, vendors, and managers who want to run their day-to-day operations smoothly—without juggling spreadsheets or chasing updates across multiple systems. From services and staff to bookings and payments, Look My Salon brings everything you need into one easy, practical workflow. With Look My Salon, you can manage your salon’s service catalog in a clean, searchable way. Quickly browse services, filter by categories, and keep your pricing, duration, and active status up to date. When you need to add something new, you can create services with details that match how customers book in real life—so your booking experience stays accurate and consistent. Editing and maintaining your service list takes only a few steps, letting you respond fast to demand. Booking management is designed for speed and clarity. You can add services to a cart, build an appointment from your selected services, and review all included items before confirming. Once bookings are created, Look My Salon helps you track their progress through the booking lifecycle. You can view booking lists with status handling, check service details, see staff assignment where required, and follow the actions needed to move bookings forward. The interface supports practical decision-making, so you always know what’s pending, what’s ready for confirmation, and what has been completed. Look My Salon also supports staff and employee operations. Maintain your employee roster, search employees, and manage staff details through a dedicated employee flow. For employee-facing needs, the app highlights relevant information like their bookings and associated attendance activity—helping you coordinate schedules with fewer messages and fewer mistakes. Where your booking process requires staff assignment, Look My Salon enables staff selection during booking completion so service delivery stays organized. Daily attendance is handled right from the home experience. Mark attendance, add a remark when needed, and view your attendance status and history in a dedicated screen. For vendors and managers, this makes it easier to keep routine operations on track and ensure staff activities are properly recorded. Expense tracking is another core part of salon management in Look My Salon. You can record expenses by category, keep a visible list of expenses, and update payment status when an expense is paid. The app provides an organized expense screen and a fast add-expense flow—so your financial tracking stays simple, consistent, and usable. Promotions and offers are built in to help you keep customers engaged. Look My Salon includes an offers area where you can view active promotions and create new offers. Offer creation supports uploading images from your gallery, helping you quickly build banners and announcements that reflect your latest deals. If your workflow includes AI-assisted offer generation, Look My Salon supports that too—so your marketing can move faster from idea to publication. Payments and subscription management are supported through a dedicated payment plan experience. You can select a plan, continue to payment, and complete the transaction securely using Razorpay. After payment, the app verifies the payment status and helps ensure that your subscription state is updated correctly. This keeps your access aligned with your plan without manual checking. Look My Salon also includes sign-in and onboarding support. Login, sign-up, and OTP-based verification are available so you can get started and access the right salon data. For password reset, you can verify using OTP and update securely. The app also supports updating profile and salon details, including location selection through a map picker—helping you keep address information accurate.
