CrediFy

CrediFy is the field reporting app for authorised credit investigators of Titan Collection and Credit Mgmt Inc. and its partner banks and lending institutions. It replaces paper verification forms with structured digital reports that carry photo evidence, GPS-stamped proof of visit, supporting documents and your electronic signature — and it keeps working when there is no signal. PLEASE NOTE: CrediFy is a work-issued tool, not a consumer app. There is no public sign-up. Accounts are created and assigned by system administrators. If you have not been issued an account by your organisation, you will not be able to sign in. YOUR ASSIGNMENTS, IN ONE PLACE • Every report assigned to you, with client bank, subject details and deadline • Filter by bank, status or location, search by reference, and sort your queue • Clear draft, not started and overdue indicators so nothing slips • Endorsed and returned reports arrive with the reviewer's remarks attached • A separate Records list keeps your completed submissions for reference FORMS THAT MATCH THE BANK • Forms are generated from the schema for that bank and report type — residence, business, employment, bank, rental, trade and more • Guided multi-step wizard with per-step validation, so you cannot submit an incomplete report • Conditional fields appear only when they apply, keeping long forms short • Repeating sections for multiple occupants, references, employees or premises • Schemas are managed centrally, so form changes reach you without an app update EVIDENCE CAPTURED IN THE FIELD • Capture site photos in-app and have them stamped with GPS coordinates, resolved address, date and time, plus an inset location map • Fill coordinate fields from your current position with one tap • Attach photos and documents — PDFs and images — with built-in viewers, zoom and pan • Sign reports with a smooth on-screen signature pad • Save a report image to your gallery when you need it BUILT TO WORK OFFLINE • Drafts auto-save to your device every 30 seconds while you type • Basements, provinces, dead zones — capture photos, attachments and answers with no connection at all • Everything syncs automatically once you are back online, in the background • Nothing is lost if the app closes, the battery dies, or the signal drops mid-report STAY INFORMED • Push notifications the moment a new request is assigned or endorsed to you • Status changes — approved, returned to field — reach you without opening the app • An in-app notification list keeps the history SECURITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY • Sign in with your work email; password reset by one-time code sent to that address • Role-based access enforced at the database level — you see only what your role permits • Data encrypted in transit and at rest • Screenshots and screen recording are blocked inside the app to protect subject data • Sign-ins, draft saves, submissions, edits and approvals are logged with your identity and timestamp ALSO IN THE APP • Update your name details and change your password from Settings • Clear cached attachments to free up device storage without touching uploaded files • Review the End User License Agreement at any time PERMISSIONS CrediFy asks for permissions only at the moment a feature needs them. Camera, for capturing report photos. Precise location, used in the foreground only, to watermark a photo you just captured or fill a coordinates field you tapped — never in the background and never when the app is closed. Photos, to attach a single file you choose; your gallery is never scanned. Notifications, for assignment and status alerts. We do not sell your data, show advertising, or track you across other apps. SUPPORT Email [email protected] with your name, device model, OS version, app version and the reference of any affected report. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PHT).
