TinyRipple: Tiny Actions

If you have ADHD, the problem isn't that you don't know what to do. It's that starting feels impossible - even when the task is tiny, even when you actually want to do it. TinyRipple was built to solve exactly that. ── WHAT IT DOES ── Tell TinyRipple your energy level, your current environment, and how you want to feel. In seconds, it surfaces exactly three Micro-Actions - tiny, concrete steps that take between 10 and 180 seconds - chosen for this exact moment, not a perfect version of you. No lists. No streaks. No guilt. Just the one move your brain can actually make right now. ── HOW IT WORKS ── 1. Check in - share your energy, where you are, and the emotion you want to move toward 2. Get three Micro-Actions - personally matched to what you've said, not generic tips 3. Pick one - or skip and see another. You're always in control 4. Build momentum - each small win creates a ripple that makes the next step easier ── DESIGNED FOR THE ADHD BRAIN ── ✓ Actions are 10-180 seconds - short enough that your brain can't say no ✓ Matched to your real-time state, not an ideal day you never have ✓ No streaks, no shaming mechanics, no pressure to "stay consistent" ✓ Explains why each action helps - so your brain actually wants to do it ✓ Bookmarks actions that resonate for quick access later ✓ Tracks what works best over time so recommendations improve for you ── 100% PRIVATE BY DESIGN ── TinyRipple does not require an account. No email. No password. No personal information is ever collected or stored on our servers. Everything stays on your device, under your control, always. ── THIS IS VERSION 1.0 ── TinyRipple is at the very beginning of its journey - and so are we. We built this app because we needed it ourselves, and we believe people with ADHD deserve tools that actually respect how their brains work. We are actively listening. If something doesn't feel right, if a feature is missing, or if you just want to share what TinyRipple has done for you - we genuinely want to hear from you. Reach us directly through the app or at [email protected]. Your feedback shapes what this app becomes next. ── FREE TO START ── Core features are completely free. A Premium plan unlocks deeper personalisation and advanced insights for users who want more. ───────────────────────────── ADHD productivity | micro habits | executive function support | focus app | task starter | dopamine-friendly | tiny habits | ADHD tools
