TicketGuy

Ticket Guy Dispatch is the mobile hub for trucking dispatch operations. Whether you run a dispatch company, haul loads as an independent driver, or verify pickups and drop-offs on site, everything connects in one place—from posting a job to completing the trip. FOR DISPATCHERS • Create and manage jobs — Build shipments in a guided flow: job details, load weight and truck type (end dumps, tandems, super dumps, and more), pickup and drop-off with map and address search, visibility (invited drivers only or all drivers), and assigned ticket guys. • Smart routing — See distance and estimated drive time on the map when you set locations. • My Jobs — View active and completed work, open job details, edit jobs, and keep your board up to date. • Drivers — Manage your fleet, invite drivers, browse independent drivers, and assign jobs. • Ticket guys — Invite and assign pickup and drop-off ticket guys so every stop is covered. • Dashboard — Track active, pending, and completed jobs from home. • Payroll & reporting — Access payroll tools built for your operation. • Messaging & notifications — Chat with drivers and stay informed with in-app alerts. FOR DRIVERS • Independent or fleet — Sign up on your own or join through a dispatcher invite. • Find work — Browse eligible jobs, view details, and accept loads that match your vehicle. • Active trips — Follow pickup and drop-off, confirm legs of the trip, and complete jobs from start to finish. • Profile & documents — Keep vehicle info, license, insurance, and registration in one profile. • Messages — Communicate with dispatch without leaving the app. FOR TICKET GUYS • Site verification — Join on your own or via a dispatcher invite. • Location-aware scanning — Verify you're at the right place before scanning pickup or drop-off QR codes. • Activity history — Review past scans and job activity on your dashboard. WHY TICKET GUY DISPATCH One app, three roles—dispatchers publish loads, drivers execute trips, and ticket guys confirm handoffs with QR and location checks. Real-time job tracking, in-app chat, and a workflow built for dump trucks, trailers, and regional hauling. Download Ticket Guy Dispatch and run your loads with less phone tag and more visibility from dispatch to delivery.
