365 CGM shows Eversense 365 CGM readings and your diabetes data on your Android phone, a Wear OS watch, through 365cgm.com, and on most internet-connected devices. It auto-captures fingersticks, ketones and insulin doses and records medications, notes and calibrations. Learn more at: https://365cgm.com/about WHAT IT DOES • Live glucose with trend arrow, delta and chart: persistent notification, home-screen widget, floating bubble, lock screen, and the 365cgm.com dashboard in any browser — phone, tablet, computer, TV or car, Android or Apple. • Reads your Eversense 365 transmitter directly over Bluetooth, or follows the Eversense app's notification in companion mode. Designed to work alongside the Eversense app. • Captures fingersticks from a paired CONTOUR NEXT ONE, glucose and ketones from a Keto-Mojo GK+, and insulin doses from an InPen (Bluetooth) or NovoPen (NFC tap), sent to your 365cgm.com account as they happen, with a beep or spoken confirmation. Automatic or review-before-upload. • A foreground service keeps the connection to the devices you paired so captures arrive on their own; Android shows a notification while it runs, and you can stop it any time. • High, low, urgent, rising, falling and stale-data alarms, set on 365cgm.com and mirrored to the phone and watch. • Calibrate (the fingerstick is sent to the transmitter and recorded) and check transmitter alignment with a live signal meter — from the phone, watch or website. • Follow someone: a family member's phone, watch or browser shows your readings and can alarm on them, with permissions you set feature by feature. Share a read-only link with anyone; no Eversense account needed. • Nightscout: a built-in Nightscout-compatible feed for xDrip+, clocks and displays, plus delivery to your server. • On 365cgm.com: time in range, statistics, reports, a projection line with predictive alarms, calibration timing, medications and pens, encrypted backups, export/import. ON YOUR WATCH (Wear OS) • Two Tiles: "365 CGM Glucose" (reading, trend arrow, 1-hour graph, age) and "365 CGM Dose" (one-tap Afrezza, Add dose, Log a group). • Three watch-face complications: "365 CGM Glucose" (number + arrow), "365 CGM Level" (number) and "365 CGM Arrow" (trend) — short-text, long-text and ranged-value. • The watch app: live reading, alarms with snooze, dose logging, calibration and sensor alignment, its own device token so it works without the phone, and a direct transmitter connection when the phone is off or out of range. WHAT YOU NEED An Eversense 365 CGM system and a free 365cgm.com account. Android 8.0+; Wear OS 3.0+ for the watch app. Bluetooth is used only for the devices you pair, NFC only to read a NovoPen, and companion mode reads the Eversense app's glucose notification only if you turn it on. ABOUT 365 CGM and 365cgm.com are an independent companion app and service, built by a person living with diabetes. They may be modified, discontinued or withdrawn at any time without notice, and may not stay free. It is a CGM communication utility, not a replacement for the Eversense 365 app, though it delivers many functions without it running. 365 CGM is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
