Full description
Swiped away an alert you still needed? AlertLedger keeps a private notification history log on your phone, so you can search dismissed notifications later, organize what matters and automate new alerts with rules. Your notification log stays on your device. No account is required, and the app has no ads, analytics SDK or internet permission. FIND SAVED NOTIFICATIONS Search captured notification text and filter by app, date, active or dismissed status, conversation, or a rule that acted on an alert. Save named views for searches you use often. Read saved details, available removal reasons and meaningful notification updates. If a chat notification is later changed or removed, the text AlertLedger already captured stays in your history. Tap a saved alert to reopen it in its source app while the original notification is still available. SEE WHICH APPS SEND THE MOST ALERTS App View shows captured notification counts by app. Sort, search or filter the list, then tap an app to open its notification history. At a glance summaries show your busiest apps and the last seven days of activity. KEEP IMPORTANT ALERTS ORGANIZED Pin notifications and conversation threads, add private notes and tags, and select multiple alerts for batch actions. Browse message-style threads when the source app provides enough information to group them. VIEW AVAILABLE NOTIFICATION PHOTOS Save a photo included in a notification when Android makes it available. Filter for alerts with photos and open a saved picture to zoom and pan. Image capture is optional. Saved photos are downscaled and encrypted; they are not included in PDF exports or backups. BUILD RULES FOR YOUR ROUTINE Create a rule from a saved alert or build one yourself. Match an app, words, wildcard patterns, sender, conversation, time, day, screen state or headphones. Preview matches against saved alerts and arrange up to four actions in the order you choose. Rules can pin or tag alerts, set reminders, collect a daily digest, dismiss or snooze supported active notifications, vibrate or flash the torch in custom patterns, read alerts aloud with an installed offline voice, copy an available code or send a configured reply through a compatible notification action. Speech supports quiet hours and a headphones-only option. New rules start disabled. Cooldowns, reply limits and an action log help you stay in control. CHOOSE WHAT YOU KEEP History has no default expiration. Delete individual alerts, selected items, an app's history, a date range or older records. Set optional automatic cleanup. Never capture excludes an app, deletes its saved history and stops future capture while the exclusion is enabled. PRIVATE STORAGE AND MANUAL BACKUP Notification text and saved photos are encrypted in private app storage. Add an optional device-credential lock with biometric unlock where supported. Export selected text to PDF or create a passphrase-encrypted backup of history, rules and controls. PDFs are unencrypted, and your chosen file provider may sync exported files. KNOW WHEN CAPTURE STOPS A listener health check shows whether notification access is connected, and an optional status notification, home-screen widget and Quick Settings tile let you check, pause or resume capture. MAKE IT YOURS Choose from seven themes with light, dark or system appearance, in layouts that adapt to phones and tablets. IMPORTANT TO KNOW Requires Android 8.0 or newer. Capture starts once you grant notification access; AlertLedger cannot recover alerts from before that. Android or source apps may hide text, codes or photos. Threads are approximate, and live actions depend on Android and the source app. Speech needs an installed offline voice; torch rules need a flashlight. Reminders, digests and capture after a restart can be delayed or limited by Android.
