Full description
Every set has a reason. ThreeByEight plans your training block six weeks out, then tells you exactly what to lift today, and why. Top the rep range on bench and your next session doesn't just show a bigger number. It tells you: "You topped the range — 10 at 140. That weight's done its job: up to 145, rebuild from 6." Every target comes with the sentence that justifies it, traced to the sets you actually logged. Disagree? Override it. HOW IT WORKS 1. Build the block. Pick your days, your lifts, and your priorities per muscle. All six weeks are laid out at once, and the last one is a deload, planned in from the start. 2. Show up and log. Warm-up ramp, plate math, rest timer, one-tap set logging. Two fields and a button, the same three taps every set. 3. The engine explains itself. Next session's targets arrive with their reasoning attached. THE WHOLE BLOCK AT A GLANCE The week grid shows the mesocycle in one screen: what's done, what's live today, and the deload waiting at the end. No mystery about where you are or what's left. BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR • Offline-first. The basement gym has no signal. Every set saves the instant you tap it and syncs when you're back on a network. • Warm-ups that fit the equipment. Dumbbell, cable, and landmine lifts get their own ramp, not barbell math. • A rest timer in your notification shade. When rest is up, one tap puts you back in your session. • Calisthenics tracked properly. Weighted and unweighted variations are logged separately, with reps-only progression where load isn't the point. CARDIO IN THE PLAN Rides and runs sit in the same week as your lifts, scheduled and logged the same way. They're part of the block, not a separate app you forget to open. YOUR HISTORY, HONESTLY • Strength trends charted from the sets you actually logged. • Every exercise you've ever logged, in one History tab. Bodyweight too. • Health Connect: finished workouts and bodyweight are written to your health store. Write-only by design. ThreeByEight never reads your health data. ThreeByEight is a subscription with a 14-day free trial. Your data stays yours: delete your account and everything in it any time, from the app or the web. What's new

What's new • History has an Exercises tab: every lift you've logged, in one place. • Warm-ups fit the equipment. Dumbbell, cable and landmine lifts get their own ramp, not barbell math. • Profile shows how you sign in. • Your subscription follows your account across devices. • Plan builder: clearer day wording, and cardio needs a duration before you save. • Refreshed sign-in buttons. • If a purchase doesn't go through, the app now says so instead of celebrating.
