WZMobile

WZMobile – Mobile Weighing, Transport & Materials Operations WZMobile is business software for transport, trucking, waste, recycling, quarrying, aggregates, agriculture, metals, mining and other bulk materials and weighing industries. WZMobile forms part of the WZWeigh Solution, extending WrightZone operational processes to drivers, trucks, loaders and mobile users in the field. Designed for businesses that manage the movement, collection, delivery and weighing of bulk materials, WZMobile connects mobile operations with the wider WZWeigh environment — providing a practical link between drivers in the field and site-based weighing and materials operations. Drivers can receive and work with allocated jobs and Pre-Entry transactions, start jobs, confirm pickups and deliveries, capture load details and supporting docket information, and complete operational processes from their mobile device. WZMobile is designed to work with both WrightZone-enabled sites and external locations. Load and weight information may be supplied through integrated WZWeigh processes or captured as part of the mobile workflow where required. Driver & Transport Operations WZMobile supports operational workflows including: • Driver and vehicle job allocation • Pre-Entry and scheduled work • Actual job start and operational time recording • Pickup and delivery confirmation • Multiple-load and repeat-run operations • Load, weight and quantity information • Supplier and delivery docket details • Docket and supporting photo capture • Job and order completion • Mobile visibility of current operational work The workflow adapts according to the information already available within WrightZone. Where load evidence has already been captured by a connected weighing process, the Driver does not need to enter the same information again. Where evidence is required in the field, WZMobile provides the appropriate mobile process for capturing it. Part of the WZWeigh Solution WZMobile is not a standalone consumer weighing application. It operates as part of the WrightZone WZWeigh business software environment. WZWeigh provides an all-site operations platform capable of connecting and managing: • Weighbridges and vehicle scales • Loader scales • Trucks and transport operations • Volume metric scanning systems • Cameras and ANPR systems • Traffic lights • Gate and barrier controls • Logic controllers and site automation • Docket and transaction processing • Materials and operational data This allows information captured by a Driver, weighbridge operator, loader operator or automated site process to contribute to the same operational transaction. At a WrightZone-enabled site, weight and load information can be provided directly through WZWeigh, POSWeigh or WZLoad processes. At other locations, WZMobile can support the collection of the information required to continue the job. The result is a connected operational process from job allocation and pickup through weighing, transport, delivery and completion. Built for Real-World Bulk Materials Operations WZMobile and WZWeigh are designed for industries where vehicles, materials, weights and operational movements need to be managed together. Typical applications include: • Transport and trucking • Waste and recycling • Quarries and aggregates • Civil construction and earthworks • Agriculture and primary industries • Metals and scrap processing • Mining and bulk materials • Asphalt and concrete operations WZMobile helps extend the WZWeigh operational environment beyond the weighbridge or site office and into the truck, loader and field operation. WZMobile requires an authorised WrightZone WZWeigh environment and applicable WZMobile licensing.
