TheWeldIN

TheWeldin is the professional social network built specifically for the metalworking and mechanical engineering industry — welders, CNC operators, fabricators, engineers, workshops, and manufacturing companies. Every profile, search, and feed on TheWeldin is organized around industry-specific taxonomies: skills, certifications, services, products, and markets — not generic job titles. WHY THEWELDIN Generic professional networks weren't built for the shop floor. TheWeldin gives metalworking professionals and companies a dedicated space to show what they actually do, find real opportunities, and connect with people who understand the trade. YOUR BADGE — A PROFESSIONAL PROFILE THAT SPEAKS YOUR LANGUAGE At the center of TheWeldin is the Badge: a structured, public profile card tailored to who you are. - Individuals: list your skills, certifications, profession, experience and CV in a format employers and partners can actually search and filter by. - Companies: showcase your services, products, target markets, and operating areas, and recruit talent that matches your exact needs. Your Badge powers your presence everywhere on the app — search results, the feed, and discovery listings all show a compact, professional snapshot of who you are. FIND BY BADGE Skip endless generic searches. Filter professionals and companies by skill, certification, service, product, market, and location to find exactly the right person or partner for the job. FEED, BUILT FOR THE INDUSTRY Share updates, projects, and news with a feed designed for metalworking content: post photos of your work, tag posts with industry-relevant categories, react, comment, and repost. Attach links with rich previews to share articles, listings, or resources with your network. SECURE, PRIVATE MESSAGING Talk business with confidence.
