OneTouch Loco – Driver

OneTouch Loco is the driver app for TheOneTouch. Go online, get ride requests from riders near you, and take every trip from pickup to drop in one simple app. JOIN IN A FEW MINUTES • Sign in with your Google account • Add the mobile number riders will call you on • Verify yourself once with Aadhaar OTP • Add your driving licence number • Choose your vehicle (toto, bike, cab or auto) and add its number. A toto without a plate can join too. After that, signing in with Google is all it takes, on any phone. RIDE REQUESTS YOU CAN JUDGE AT A GLANCE • See the fare, pickup distance and the full route before you accept • Know whether the rider reserved the ride or is sharing it, and any boost they added • A countdown ring shows how long you have to decide • Requests reach you even when Loco is in the background, as a notification SAFE, SIMPLE TRIPS • Every trip starts with the rider's private 4-digit PIN, so the right rider gets in • Riders see your verified name, vehicle and live location while you come to them • Call or chat with your rider in the app, and share a photo or your location • One passenger at a time: no new requests disturb you during a trip NAVIGATE WITH GOOGLE MAPS • Directions open in Google Maps for the pickup and the drop, with bikes routed as two-wheelers • On Android, a green tick floats over Google Maps during a trip. Tap it to come back to Loco and complete the trip • Near the drop, the Complete trip screen opens by itself YOUR EARNINGS AND TRIPS • Today's earnings, trips and rating on your home screen • An earnings chart and your full trip log WHY LOCATION IS NEEDED While you are online, Loco uses your location, including in the background, to send you nearby ride requests and to show riders where you are on their trip.
