Full description

This e-learning app is an independent educational platform designed to support Deck Officers preparing for ASM and MMD Oral Examinations in India. It helps candidates reduce dependence on multiple reference books and scattered notes by offering a focused and structured learning approach for exam preparation. The content is developed by Rohan Dsouza, a maritime educator whose study materials are widely used by candidates preparing for Chief Mate and ASM written examinations. The app presents exam-oriented learning material compiled from professional experience, industry knowledge, and reference to publicly available maritime regulations and guidelines. The app follows a clear question-and-answer format to help candidates understand key concepts and improve how they present answers during oral examinations. Topics are organized logically, with concise explanations intended to support clarity, confidence, and proper articulation while responding in an exam setting. The study material covers commonly asked, repeated, and concept-based questions observed in MMD oral examinations. Content is reviewed and updated periodically to align with publicly available DG Shipping circulars, regulations, and general examination patterns, helping users prepare using relevant and current information. This app is suitable for officers who prefer a focused and efficient study method without unnecessary complexity. It aims to support strong conceptual understanding, structured answer delivery, and confidence building for MMD oral examination preparation. 📌 Official References This app refers to publicly available information published by the Directorate General of Shipping (DG Shipping), Government of India. https://www.dgshipping.gov.in Disclaimer This app is an independent educational resource developed solely for exam preparation purposes.
