The LAB - Creative Athlete HQ

The LAB is LA's home for sports, creativity, and innovation. An 18,938 SF innovation campus in Gardena where founders train alongside athletes, operators host thought leadership events on the same floor they book court time, and the line between building your business and building your body disappears. We're a curated community workspace for the people shaping the future of sport — founders, investors, athletes, brands, creators, and operators who believe performance culture applies to everything they build. WHAT WE OFFER Level 1 – Innovation Floor Private offices. Open plan workstations. Meeting rooms. Event space. North Wing stage with patio. Your daily operating base. Host a panel in the morning. Close a deal in the afternoon. All under one roof. Level 2 – Performance Floor Full basketball court. Activity room. Rehab spaces. Train, run leagues, host camps, shoot content, or book the court for your team. Athletic differentiation isn't a tagline here — it's infrastructure. Flexible Memberships Built for how you actually operate. Private offices for teams that need focus. Dedicated desks for solo operators who show up daily. Day passes for athletes and creatives passing through. Members get priority booking, 24/7 access, and a community that moves deals forward. Events & Programming Workshops. Panels. Investor roundtables. Community activations. We don't rent to everyone — we curate for quality. Corporate offsites, product launches, and brand activations all run better here. Court & Performance Bookings Rent by the hour or the day. Trainers, teams, leagues, and content creators use the space for everything from skills camps to brand shoots. Two rehab rooms available for healthcare practitioners on monthly lease terms.
