Our Care plans give you direct, scheduled access to licensed doctors via telehealth consultations, plus a set of digital guidance tools that help you act on hyperlocal weather and health risk in your area. WHAT YOU GET ON A CARE PLAN • Telehealth consultations with licensed doctors (real-world healthcare service) – Standard Care: 2 doctor consultations/month – Premium Care: 3 doctor consultations/month + priority routing for urgent symptoms • Priority WhatsApp support from our care team • Real-time outbreak alerts in your area (Premium Care) • Team/company features (Premium Care) INCLUDED GUIDANCE TOOLS (free tier and above) • Hyperlocal heat, storm, flood and air-quality alerts for your exact location • Smart hydration plans tuned to your activity and the day's heat index • AI symptom checker for early triage and guidance (does not replace a doctor) • Personalized climate-health tips based on your health profile • Family / caregiver sharing of alerts WHO IT'S FOR • People in heat-stressed or storm-prone regions who want early warnings • Patients with conditions worsened by climate stress (asthma, cardiovascular, diabetes, pregnancy, elderly care) • Caregivers and team leads who need visibility on at-risk people in their care • Companies running outdoor or field-based teams HOW PAYMENT WORKS Care plans are healthcare-service subscriptions billed monthly, 6-monthly (save 10%), or annually (save 20%).
