thefrog PSD Viewer opens PSD and PSB files on your phone, no Photoshop needed. Zoom into the full merged image, browse the layer list with its groups, and check document info: size in pixels, DPI, color mode, bit depth and color profile. Large PSB files are supported too. Files you receive in a ZIP can be opened right away, without unzipping. This is an independent viewer, not an official Adobe app. ■ Key features • Full image view — pinch or double-tap to zoom; when you stop, the visible area is re-read for a sharper view • Layer list — groups, hidden layers, opacity and layer types (text, smart object, adjustment and more). With Plus, turn layers on and off and see the result right away • Document info — size (px), DPI, print size, color mode (RGB, CMYK, Grayscale and more), bit depth, color profile, layer count, file size • CMYK color — colors are matched using the color profile embedded in the file; files without one use a standard print profile for your region • "Recent" tab — files you opened recently • "Folder" tab — opens the system file picker so you can find a file • Open from other apps (chat, email, etc.) with "Open with" or "Share" — these files also appear in the "Received" tab • Files opened from the "Recent" or "Received" tab can be swiped left or right to move to other files in that list Some file manager apps may not open PSD files directly with this app. In that case, use the "Folder" tab in the app. ■ If the image is blank (Maximize Compatibility) Photoshop stores the merged image only when "Maximize Compatibility" is on. Files saved with it turned off show a notice instead of the image, and you can still see the layer list and document info. Turn on "Maximize Compatibility" and save the file again to see the image. Files in some color modes (Multichannel, Duotone) or saved in some ways may not show the merged image. ■ Free and Plus You can view up to 5 different PSD/PSB files for free (opening the same file again doesn't count). "Plus" (a one-time purchase, not a subscription) adds: • Unlimited PSD and PSB viewing • Save the merged image as PNG or PDF at up to full resolution (PNG keeps transparency and DPI; PDF is one page at print size) • Content previews while swiping between files (free shows a card with name, size and resolution) • Open PSD, PSB and image files inside ZIP files without unzipping (ZIP 2.0 passwords supported) • Turn layers on and off (RGB and Grayscale, 8/16-bit files) and save a single layer as a full-resolution PNG • Try new layer colors — tap the image to pick a layer, change it with a solid color or hue shift, then save or share as PNG (your original file is never changed) • Unlimited markup — draw on the image with pen, shapes and text, then save or share as PNG Markup is free 3 times without purchase (each markup session counts once, when you first draw). Animated GIF and WebP show the first frame only; the layer list and PNG/PDF saving are for PSD and PSB files only. ■ Privacy The app does not send your files off your device.
